Bill Cisek is a graduate of Penn State University and the Duquesne University School of Law. Working as a clerk for District Attorney Miles R. Lynn Jr. of Emlenton taught him that the real practice of law is helping people solve their problems. This lesson from such a respected mentor inspired Bill to begin his law career in 2001.

Bill joined the firm of Wilson & Thompson LLC in 2003 and became a Partner in 2005. Mr. Cisek has dedicated his career to helping children as the Venango County CYS Solicitor, a member of the Supreme Court State Children's roundtable and Pennsylvania Supreme Court Office of Children & Families in the Courts, and a member of a Congregate Care work group and a trauma work group. He also specializes in civil litigation.
